More & Marq Studio was founded by two PhD scientists — one in cancer research, and Morgar, in immunology — who spend their evenings and weekends making things that have nothing to do with either field, except, perhaps, an eye for pattern.

Every piece begins as an original painting by Morgar, co-founder of the studio, whose abstract compositions are finished in resin and fitted with a working clock movement. No two pieces are alike, and no painting is repeated.

Each clock is hand-signed on the canvas by Morgar and ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
